LevIQ is operated by LevIQ, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("LevIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). Our principal address is University City, Missouri. By accessing leviq.ai or using any LevIQ product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
LevIQ is a financial awareness and opportunity discovery tool. It surfaces information about potential financial gaps and opportunities based on data you provide or connect. LevIQ is not:
Nothing on leviq.ai or within any LevIQ product constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. LevIQ provides information — you make your own decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use LevIQ. By using LevIQ, you represent that you meet these requirements.
LevIQ does not store your raw financial data. When you connect a financial account via Plaid, LevIQ reads your data in memory, surfaces opportunities, then discards the raw data. Only an AES-256 encrypted reconnection token is retained to enable future sessions without re-authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at questions@leviq.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
LevIQ offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact questions@leviq.ai within 7 days of a charge if you have a concern.
LevIQ participates in referral and affiliate programs with third-party financial service providers. When LevIQ surfaces a partner recommendation, we may receive a referral fee if you choose to use that partner. This is disclosed on every referral card within the product. Referral relationships never change what LevIQ recommends first — best-fit for your situation always takes priority over commission amount.

All content, design, code, opportunity detection logic, AI model configurations, and branding on leviq.ai and within LevIQ products are the exclusive property of LevIQ, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
LevIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LevIQ does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any financial opportunity identified will actually be available or beneficial in your specific circumstances. All opportunity calculations are estimates based on information provided and may not reflect your actual financial situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevIQ, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial decisions made based on LevIQ's opportunity recommendations. LevIQ's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LevIQ, LLC, its officers, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in St. Louis, Missouri. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of LevIQ after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
